1 Boembloc Koenir
500-800 g chicken
650 ml water
1. Put the chicken, Boembloc, and water in a pan. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the lid and stir to blend the flavors. Lower the heat to a gentle simmer.
3. Cover the pan again and cook for another 25 to 30 minutes, until the chicken is tender and full of flavor. Turn the chicken halfway through.
